Software I Built to Run Real Businesses

I don't sell software I invented for a pitch deck. I sell the two systems that run my own storage lot and a family garbage service down the road. Self-hosted, no monthly fee, and you can try both in a live demo right now.

STORAGE LOTS · SELF-STORAGE · CAMPGROUNDS

Storage & Campground Management Software

A live map of your whole property. Every rig, unit, and campsite color-coded by who's paid and who's overdue.

I run a storage business in Thompson, ND, and this is the software that runs it. Your property gets drawn to scale on one screen. Green means paid, amber means due soon, red means overdue. Click a spot and the client's record opens. Hook up Stripe if you want online payments to update the map by themselves.

It works for drive-in RV and boat storage, numbered self-storage units, and seasonal campgrounds. No database, no monthly software fee. It runs on the same cheap hosting your website does, and your data stays in plain files you own.

TRASH ROUTES · ROLL-OFFS · SMALL HAULERS

HaulerHQ: Route & Billing Software for Small Haulers

Every customer, every stop, and who still owes you. Built for a real family garbage service here in North Dakota.

HaulerHQ dashboard showing customers, route stops, and outstanding balances

A neighbor's garbage service ran on memory, paper, and a shoebox of invoices. HaulerHQ replaced that: customers and stops in one place, printable driver sheets with the notes that matter at the curb, monthly billing runs, and a who-owes list that keeps itself current on a ledger nobody can quietly edit.

Same deal as the storage software: self-hosted, no monthly fee, your data in files you own, and I do the setup.

How Buying This Works

You don't need to be local. Setup happens over the phone and the internet, and the software lives on your hosting, not mine.

1. Try the demo, then call me

Both demos are public, loaded with fictional clients, and reset themselves. Poke at everything. Then tell me about your operation and I'll give you a straight quote.

2. I set it up for you

I draw your property or load your route, enter your current clients, stand up the site, and walk you through running it. One-time setup fee, priced to your operation.

3. You own it

No monthly software fee, ever. Hosting is the only recurring cost: your own $5-a-month host, or my normal hosting rate if you'd rather I keep being the responsible one.

Not Sure Which One Fits?

Tell me what you run and what the office headache is. If my software fits, I'll say so. If it doesn't, I'll say that too.
