If you already run WordPress, I keep it updated, backed up and working, and I tell you plainly when a rebuild as a semi-static site would cost less over time than keeping the old stack alive.

When the person who built your site also hosts it, there is no finger-pointing. If something goes wrong, I know the build, the server, the DNS, and the contact form. It is a simple, accountable way to keep your site online and running smoothly.
