Each starts with a setup price quoted to the operation. BayRoster and PineRoster are then $60 a month each, covering the public website for your property, the hosting under it, and the software behind it as one bill — no per-space charge, no per-person charge. Are there monthly fees?
The website build is a one-time fee. The recurring cost is hosting and maintenance: $40/month for semi-static sites, or $75/month for WordPress sites, billed annually to keep things simple. HaulerHQ uses a one-time setup price with no monthly software fee. BayRoster and PineRoster are $60 a month each after their setup, and that one bill covers the property website, its hosting, and the software together.
How can you offer free test sites?

Can I update the site myself?
