Before a move, establish where the domain, website and mailbox are managed. You need to know who handles each part when something fails. One person coordinating the work doesn't require moving every service.

Mail settings deserve a check, but they aren't the only possible cause of missing messages. SPF and DKIM records help receiving systems check who sent an email. They don't guarantee that every message reaches an inbox.

If you choose my ongoing care, the agreement should state what's included and what needs a separate quote. Published pricing explains hosting and support, including annual billing for new customers. Confirm the terms for your project before work begins.

Choose the work your customers need

A visitor should find your service, judge its fit and reach you without hunting through the page. If it already does that, preserve the useful parts. Extra design work needs to earn its place in the quote.
