Web Design Devils Lake ND: Help Renters Compare the Space
Updated
Renters need to compare the space, find its price and reach the facility easily. That's the useful starting point for a storage business in Devils Lake.
Highway Two Storage is one of my website projects. You can see the public example at highwaytwostorage.com, alongside my other portfolio work.
Let the customer compare before calling
The site provides paths to sizes and rates, reservations and online payment. The facility address appears with the business name.
It lists 419 Gouldings Rd in Devils Lake. Directions place it just off US Highway 2, across from Walmart.
Those details let a prospective renter check whether the facility fits their trip as well as their storage needs.
Show the choices and contact limits
The storage options include conventional drive-up units, drive-through RV space, heated units and outdoor storage.
The office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The site welcomes calls after hours and on weekends too.
That's different from saying the office is staffed all night. Publish the distinction if the same arrangement applies at your facility.
Call and text options appear beside the number. A visitor can choose the method they want without opening several pages.
The public site also lists forklift loading and unloading for commercial customers, with wood pallets supplied without charge.
This example covers the published services, not tests of the reservation and payment systems.
Check the information before replacing the site
For another storage operation, I'd begin with the unit choices, directions and contact route. Then check the payment path shown to existing renters.
If those answers are missing, fix them first. A larger site won't help much if somebody still can't compare the space.
My coverage page lists the wider area I work in beyond Ramsey County.
Need better information for your renters?
Send me the website address and the storage choices it should explain. I'll start with what the customer needs to decide.
